Glazing Facade
Brisbane Racing Club
Mirvac has secured the opportunity to transform Brisbane Racing Club’s $750 million Eagle Farm Residential Precinct into a landmark development. As part of the Eagle Farm Master Plan, this 10-year Ascot project will introduce over 1200 trackside apartments, coupled with retail and commercial spaces. Mirvac, selected as the development partner, aims to construct eight residential towers at the southeastern corner of Eagle Farm, offering exceptional views of the city, Brisbane River’s Hamilton reach, and Moreton Bay.
The project, awarded after a rigorous selection process involving significant planning approvals, promises a transformation of this historic area surrounding Eagle Farm and Doomben racecourses, signaling a major milestone in Brisbane’s urban development.
Strust was engaged by ATECH Australia to provide façade engineering and certification for the Aluminium and glazing facade.
