NINE by Mirvac in Willoughby is a transformative residential community bridging old and new, aiming to blend the heritage of a century-old neighborhood with the modern pace of the city. The project, situated on the former Channel Nine television studios site, encompasses 442 apartments across 10 buildings, with Stage 2 adding 214 dwellings across five residential buildings and a community pavilion for residents and locals.

Anticipated for completion in early 2024, the development offers a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom residences, highlighting Mirvac’s commitment to quality design, extensive landscaping, and community spaces, including proposed food and beverage tenancies and retail/commercial areas.

Strust was engaged by AUGRC to provide façade engineering and certification for the GRC features on two buildings.
