The proposed project aims to enhance the northern Broadbeach precinct by introducing a sleek 30-story short-term accommodation tower atop a one-story podium on Surf Parade. It seeks to not only offer enhanced living spaces for residents and visitors but also aims to become a distinctive landmark in Broadbeach, adding to the area’s identity.

Through a thoughtful analysis of physical form, existing character, climate, and potential of the site, the project’s external structure has been meticulously crafted. The tower’s shape aligns with the site boundaries while the podium’s simplicity allows for green spaces to cascade over its edges. Overall, the design intends to enrich the city’s urban context, contributing to its image and quality through expressive architecture and engaging street facades.
