Green Square Public School

Green Square Public School, part of an Integrated Community Facility and School (GSICFS), is a groundbreaking sustainable educational site situated in a rapidly growing urban area. The design, emphasizing sustainability and community integration, provides versatile learning spaces, ample play areas, and a balance between contemporary design and nods to the surrounding heritage precinct.

With features like solar power, a brick terracotta screen using landfill biogas, and an open-access design until 11:00 pm daily, the school aims to be a model for contemporary urban education, encouraging community participation and offering resources beyond traditional school functions.

Strust was engaged by Dunrite Linings to provide façade engineering and certification for the CFC cladding of this project.
