The Lidcombe Wellbeing Centre “MS Plus” represents an innovative redevelopment project on 5.9 hectares of government-owned land, aiming to create a mixed-use precinct. Spearheading this transformation is the NSW Government’s $16 million contribution to the development of the new MS Plus wellbeing center, which will serve as a pivotal health facility within the precinct.

Alongside plans for up to 85 new homes catering to seniors, single individuals, and young families, this initiative seeks to revitalize the area by integrating modern facilities and housing that harmonizes with the existing Botanica Estate and Betty Cuthbert Drive residences.
