Dawn by Mosaic stands as a carefully curated ensemble of 85 beachside apartments in Mermaid Beach, Gold Coast, artfully blending open spaces and contemporary elements against a backdrop of captivating coastal and hinterland vistas. Revering its location, the design channels the coastal ambiance through elegant, wave-inspired architectural forms and a sensory material palette echoing the beach’s natural tones.

The building’s intelligent layout maximizes passive climate control, utilizing cross ventilation and natural light to create efficient floor plans. Embracing its coastal setting, the structure features expansive glass planes that mirror the nearby ocean waves, offering panoramic views and an influx of natural light.

Strust was engaged by ATECH Australia to provide façade engineering and certification for the Aluminium and glazing facade.
